PCA-6135 Introduction |
The PCA-6135/L is an ISA-bus half-size CPU card which uses a highly integrated, low-voltage single-chip Microcontroller which combines Intel's 386SX-compatible microprocessor and ALi's M6117 chipset. Its high performance VGA display supports up to 640 x 480 with 16 million colors. The VGA controller (C&T 65545) comes equipped with a graphics accelerator.
The PCA-6135/L comes equipped with an 80386SX CPU, serial ports, a parallel port, an IDE hard disk drive interface (which controls up to two IDE devices), and a floppy disk controller. The PCA-6135/L also offers several industrial features such as a 63-level watchdog timer with jumperless setup, a 1.44 MB Flash/RAM/ROM disk or SSD interface and a face-up PC/104 connector for expansion modules.
The PCA-6135/L provides two SIMM (Single In-line Memory Module) sockets for 1 to 32 MB DRAM.
